Scrapville Update

Hi Everyone, just a quick update to let you know what's going on at Scrapville.
The BLIND CROPVILLE for APRIL went off very well.  The theme was Easter, and the ladies were kept busy creating interesting Easter Eggs and a cute little Easter Bunny.

The next BLIND CROPVILLE is on 21st May, and the theme will be based on Love and Mothers.  I am sure this one is going to be very special, so I'd be booking in early.

Friday, 29th April 7.00pm to 9.30pm
A quick trip into Scrapville for those of you who haven't seen this one is necessary, considering the name of the class!  You will be pleasantly surprised at how nice this layout actually comes out, and for those of you wanting something a little special for those grand old black and white family photos - well this is it!  Don't be put off though, pop in and see what else the girls have done with this one.  Bookings essential.

The 3 week Flower Technique Classes will be starting again on Saturday, 30th April from 2.30pm to 4.30pm.  You will be trying several different techniques in each class, and putting your flowers onto a handmade card.  A display is available at Scrapville to help you make up your mind.
Class 1. 30th April
Class 2.  7th May
Class 3. 14th May
Bookings essential.
Those doing catch up classes can join in with the above dates, or see Janet for an alternative.  Please ensure you book.

Thursday 5th May 10.30am to 12.30pm.
If you have the time, we will be doing a special layout for Mum at 10.30am, so dig through your box of photos for a special one with both of you in it.  There will be flowers, and cutting, and a splash of paint in pinks and greens!  If you can't make this one, email me for an alternative time.

Thursday 5th May 4pm to 5.30pm
The little people will be able to put something special together to give to Mum for Mother's Day.  No Mums allowed!! ..........except Me! :0)

For those of you wanting to do the Canvas Frame, lock in the date:
Thursday, 5th May 7.30pm to 9.30pm
You will need to put 2 weeks aside - there will be homework!  If you have not seen the end product, you best pop into Scrapville and check it out.  Beautifully quilled flowers and a sparkly glimmered background... with a verse to suit your desired recipient (even if it's you!) - so very nice.  If you have not booked you will need to do so.

Wednesday 11th May 7.30pm to 9.30pm
For those of you still not sure about all the possible functions and uses for your Cricut, or those thinking of purchasing one.  Come along for a real hands on with your own machine to learn about all those little extras that you didn't know you had.  Bookings essential.

Apologies for the delay in setting dates.  I will have more information for you shortly regarding the Club Kits and Classes.
