March Newsletter

Hello Everyone, and welcome to the Waggers March Madness Newsletter, the Newsletter to have when you've been Wagging the Blog a bit!  Yes I hear you, but my word - there just isn't enough hours in the night to catch up on the ones I miss out on during the day!  Truly that's so close to the mark!

Well, here we have a new month, despite the obvious chain dragging of the Newsletter, a new season with a crispness creeping into the mornings, and new hope for a kinder Mother Nature - although I think the latter is going to require far more hope and prayer than perhaps we counted on.  I do hope we can all find it within ourselves to somehow bear a little of the weight those suffering such heartache and devastation are having to carry.

Here in Scrapville our latest Monthly Pack, compliments of the delightful Pasta Fagioli range from Jillibean Soup, has now sold out.  New to our suppliers, and popular amongst many, this is an exciting range with the most gorgeous clear stamps, Bakers Twine, ribbons and twill, journaling sprouts and glass pick embellishments.  Teamed  with coordinating cardstock alpha stickers, chipboard, Mulberry paper and Webbing, these added colours really worked.  If you don't subscribe to the Monthly Packs this might be a good time to call in and sign up for one.

Those wanting to get into learning a few new techniques or creating some exciting projects should check out the Class List.  This covers all Classes and Crops for March, April and May.  We hope to offer you the kind of projects that will introduce you to new techniques or skills, or inspire you to advance from what you have already learned.  Apart from that you will get to enjoy some time out for you, catch up with a class, and be able to take something new home.  There will also be a couple more classes slotted in shortly, so keep an eye on the list.  If you want to book in, please contact Janet to make arrangements.

BLIND CROPVILLE SATURDAY 19th MARCH
The afternoon class booked out, which was wonderful, and the evening class was set to run with a few short, but the
added bonus for this month was that Sally (The Blind CropVille Designer) was running the classes this time round.  The girls were certainly about to be put to the test with tweaking their techniques!  2011 is proving very exciting for our BCV's with some very interesting techniques being tried and no doubt "tested" by the girls. If you have been thinking about attending, please sign up - you won't be disappointed.

COPIC MARKERS
Scrapville is now Accredited by Copic, and currently preparing the Copic Club, Classes and Workshops.  Please stay posted as preparations are being made, stock updated and new products arrive.  I have added some new colours to the Momento ink pads, and the bleedproof paper is back in stock in A4 and A5 sheets.

DOCRAFTS

With the popularity of the DoCrafts products, I would like to suggest that anyone interested in receiving the Bi-Monthly Magazine on a regular basis, please subscribe to ensure you don't miss out. I have already increased my numbers, but cannot hold magazines that are not paid for in full. I would also suggest that you see me in regard to any "extra products" that you may be missing out on, so that I can ensure that those numbers are topped up. I would like to accommodate your needs within these releases as best I can, and whilst I am endeavoring to meet your needs I would be happy for your feedback.

SCRAPVILLE 2011 RETREAT

If you haven't already done so, could you please register your interest in attending so I can add your name to the list.  If we could get things rolling now I can start organizing a few extra things.  I will also be accepting 50 attendees this year.  Currently I still have 16 places available.
