MONTHLY SKETCH CHALLENGES

The March/April Sketch Challenges are still coming in, which is very inspiring. Anita is keeping busy coming up with her wonderful new Sketches. With Pumpkin Time still a couple of weeks away, be sure to give this a try and get yours in.

BLIND CROPVILLE

The BCV will run on Saturday 14th April. We have two classes to offer commencing 2pm and 7pm, and these are run on the 2nd Saturday of each month. If you would like to attend please be sure to book ahead to ensure your place and receive your requirements list. For those that have not attended a Blind CropVille before, just drop Janet a line or call in for more info about the class and rules.

Sally has been treating the CT girls to a cyber BCV. We are once again seeing some great outcomes, even more so because the girls are using a different Scrapville Kit of goodies. Be sure to make sure you check out what they've done after the BCV!

SPOOKYVILLE

Friday 13th April 7pm to Midnight
Yes, it’s a CropVille with a “Spooky” twist. It helps to run it on a Friday the 13th, and April just happens to have one – so let’s get SpookyVille!!
There WILL be a requirements list for this Crop, and there will be twists and fun. And yes, most definitely will we be scrapping. Bring a friend (it gives you a 50% chance of getting away………..ha ha haaaaaa..) “SpookyVille, it’s a thrill, come along and feel the chill………”

MONDAYS

Scrapville's next OPEN Monday is 7th May. Take advantage of the extra opportunity to pop on in and browse around. You can also check out the next Open Monday on the Newsletter Sidebar.

RETREATVILLE 2012 - SEPTEMBER 20 TO 23

An invitation email will be sent out shortly for the 2012 RetreatVille.
Due to the number of attendees at the 2012 RetreatVille, Scrapville has decided to limit the number of attendees. Invitations for the previous attendees will be offered first preference for registrations, pending payment of deposits prior to the Close Off date of 27th April 2012.

After the initial invitation, those responses not confirming by the Close Off date will be deemed Open.

Should you wish to put your name on the waiting list, any available registrations becoming Open will be offered to those on a first named basis in the order on the list. Only when deposits are paid will the Registration be accepted.

CLASSES

The Class List for April is still current, and new dates will be set shortly for May and June. We will be adding Scrapbooking for Beginners shortly, some Grunge and OTP Projects. If you are interested in attending any of these classes please be sure to check out the NEW Class Calendar and book in. Please pop on into Scrapville to see the in-store samples.

FLOWER TECH CLASSES

These classes have just completed their course, and the girls were very excited with their fabulous creations. Each class takes you to a new technique where beautifully crafted cards will be adorned with your own handmade flowers. This is a creative and enjoyable class where homework is not as issue! For those that missed classes previously, you can still join a makeup class, just be sure to book in first. Please check the Class Calendar for future dates.

ADVANCED FLOWER TECH CLASSES

STARTING SOON

For those that have completed the full Flower Tech Classes, we are introducing an Advanced Flower Tech Class shortly, to be run over several weeks. For those that completed the first course and are keen to pick up with the Advanced, please ask Janet to add your name to the list.

2013 CALENDAR CLASS

This will resume in 2nd term, so please check the Class Calendar. The yearly calendar will be adorned with all your beautiful photo memories for the following year. No matter who you make is for, it will be admired by many! An extra treat for this class is that our Creative Team will be contributing several months of beautiful designs to the Calendar throughout the year.

THE STASH BOX

Will also be added back onto the Off The Page projects list. Please check the Class Calendar for future dates.

THE COPIC CLUB
Will be tackling their 3rd Class this month. After last month's class I am sure we're going to see plenty of Show & Tell homework! Each Monthly Class includes a kit and instructions, with hands on demo's. By the time the Copic Club has finished it's course, each member will have a good supply of Copic Ciao Markers, and be able to create cards or pages using all their new techniques. Our aim is for you to feel confident in using all the colouring techniques, under the proper hands on instruction.

We also offer a discount on class products and tools purchased at the classes. This is a great incentive to increase your supply of tools and products.

KIDSVILLE

At this stage I will not be running KidsVille these holidays. If you are interested in putting your child's name on a KidsVille Class list, please do so at the front counter. Should this change I will send out an email broadcast.
