Starting with the Jan/Feb Sketches we have added a Linky to the Blog so that you can add all your own images to the challenges, which in turn will take us to your Blog. Please make sure you link the Challenge Page on your Blog when uploading. Anyone having difficulties uploading to the Linky can send us an email and we’ll get back to you with help.
SPELLBINDERS DESIGNER CARD CLASS
On Saturday, February 23rd we will be running a morning and afternoon Spellbinders Card Class, instructed by Linda Lucas from the Spellbinders SpellBlogger Team, and as a DT Member of the Australian Distributors of Spellbinders. These classes are an absolute must do, with firsthand experience using Spellbinders fantastic products, partner products and demo afterward.
Linda has recently returned from the USA where Spellbinders had her sampling and playing with the latest Spellbinder products. Linda is a member of several design teams and has been published multiple times online, in magazines, and in books. Linda describes her style as eclectic, vintage with a touch of shabby. She loves to embellish with lace, pearls, ribbon and of course, Spellbinders dies!
As numbers will be limited for this class, bookings will only be accepted upon full payment, on a strictly first in basis. Currently they are filling fast, and due to limited numbers there are no exceptions. We're looking forward to sharing Linda's expertise with you, so don't miss this wonderful experience.
TECHNIQUE CLASS RE-RUN - WINTER WONDERLAND
Due to the popularity of our Utee Serendipity class, we will be re-running this on Tuesday, 12th February at 7pm. If you would like to see the sample please call into the store. This class will take you into a new area of embossing techniques, which is quite unique. You will be given the requirements list upon booking, and the class includes the Kit.
The February BCV has been scheduled for Saturday, 16th February, numbers permitting. All BCV’s offer techniques, and require a basic scrapbooking knowledge. This is not a usual instructional class where you are given an exact placement instruction or measurement; it is more an interpretation where you will make these decisions. You will be encouraged to add a bit of whimsy to the unknown and challenge yourself. At the completion of the BCV the reveal will show you a sample of how the initial layout can be interpreted. Bookings essential.
CHALLENGE WINNERS
- Please note that to be eligible for the Scrapville Challenges there must be a minimum or four (4) challenges entered.
- Each challenge has criteria to meet, whether it is using the pack products, sticking to the design of the sketch, or using products that can be purchased and supported by Scrapville.
- All challenges are voted for by the Creative Team.
- Anyone who wins a monthly challenge cannot win the following month’s challenge (to be fair to other entries) but are encouraged to share their challenge creations.

The Sketch Challenge Winners will win a Prize Pack.
- The Announcements for the Challenge Winners will be made within 5 days of the end of the Challenge, providing numbers qualified.
