APRIL SCRAPBURSTS
How did you all enjoy our ScrapBursts? And what about our new addition - the Card Bursts? During March and April we ran 4 challenges in each section, finishing on April 30th. It was wonderful to see so many of you taking part, and also for the card makers joining in with the Card Bursts. I hope everyone who took part was inspired to create, we certainly had a lot of great entries. The winners in the Spellbinders Challenges will each receive a BONUS prize (if they have purchased their dies used in the challenge from Scrapville!) Now that we’ve closed the voting, we’d like to announce the winners from each section.

Thanks again for taking part, and Congratulations to our winners. We had a few very close votes, and a couple of outright winners, which was great to see.
MONTHLY PACK
During May we will be making some changes to the Monthly Pack. This time around you can purchase a Monthly Pack with all the co-ordinating bits and pieces as you always have, and use it to create your own projects. If you would like more of a challenge, you can also enter the monthly challenge by completing a Layout from the pack using a set criteria. You can also do a Card from the pack using a set criteria. If you are an avid card maker, then you can enter the Monthly Pack Challenge by just doing a set of cards from the pack, again following the respective criteria. You can find your criteria in each pack, and you will also see them listed below.
We will have a prize to give away to the winners in each challenge, and the close off date for entries is 31st May at Pumpkin Time. Don’t forget, you’ll need to upload your entries to the linky before the deadline, or you can email them into Scrapville if you don’t have a Blog.
Scrapville will only accept entries at the shop up until two days prior to the close off date. Criteria for Monthly Pack Challenges
LAYOUT
1. 2 or more pieces of trim
2. 3 patterned papers to be used on the page
3. 2 photos
CARD/SET OF CARDS
1. Handmade flower/s to be used on the card

If you are just doing the Set of Cards, the requirement is a minimum of 2 cards, and the same criteria applies as for the cards above.

You will find that if you're looking for that something extra, this techniques class will offer a variety of hands on styles that is just for you.
Using a variety of tools and products you will make a wonderful project full of interesting new techniques and trends. Call in and see our samples so you know why you shouldn't miss out.

Scrapville would like to thank all those that attended the All Day Scrap at Mudgegonga. The weather was beautiful, although the morning was a tad brisk, and it was such a pleasant and relaxing day. To my helpers and the Creative Team, thanks also.
The other news here is all good, as we will be doing it again!! You will, however, have to wait for more details to be confirmed shortly. If you would like to extend your intention to attend, please contact Scrapville and we will put your name on the list to be contacted first once bookings open. We look forward to offering everyone a comfortable and relaxing environment once again at this wonderful little Mudgegonga Hall. If you missed out on our All Day Crops at Mudgegonga, we might have something else to offer. If you're a bit further north this'll save you some travelling. Scrapville is coming to WAGGA!! We have decided to extend our All Day Crops to the Riverina Region, offering a shop, kits and classes. Further details will be confirmed once we have an adequate expression of interest in numbers to open bookings.

WANDERVILLE - A MORNING A WEEK

$5, a cuppa and good company!Due to the increased interest from those that can’t make a Wednesday, we at Scrapville would like to seek your expression of interest in opening up an alternate morning for WanderVille on a regular weekly basis. This would allow those who are unable to attend the Wednesday afternoon WanderVille sessions to have another option to be able to get out and get creative.
We would like to propose that this be a Monday, Tuesday or Thursday morning from 9am to 1pm. Alternately, if you have a group of 6 or more and would like to book the workshop for your own WanderVille Group on a regular basis, we would be interested in discussing this with you.

FLOWER TECH CLASSES
SATURDAY 18TH MAY, 1ST JUNE.
10am to 12pm with Angie
This class will run every second week for 5 Classes.
It offers hands on technique classes using a variety of styles and products to create handmade flowers. Each one will be mounted onto a card as your own display sample to take home.
Skill levels are for Beginners to Intermediate, with step by step instruction. Bookings are essential.
DOCRAFTS CREATIVITY
Featuring the cutest "Gorjuss" range with the most beautiful stamps and decoupage card packs, you're going to love this one! We also have the “All Aboard” travel range, featuring some great global patterned papers, stamps, labels and tags to help put all your travel memories into place. These are also a great idea for male cards. Due to the popularity of these ranges there is a limited stock of papers, stamps and decoupage kits still available, so call into the shop if you’d like to see what’s left. Don’t miss out, once they’re gone they’re gone!
